Insulated overheadlines
Conductors are designed for outdoor distribution of electrical energy in suspended design.
Design
This product consists of:
- 1Aluminium conductor with increased breaking load, round stranded compressed (RM)
- 2Core insulation (XLPE black, UV-resistant); 2 or 4 cores of equal cross section are stranded together in left-hand lay, additionaly 1 or 2 cores of reduced cross section can be co-stranded
- 3HDPE Tube (black, UV-resistant)

Certificate: VDE Germany
Test Voltage: 4 kV / 50 Hz
Rated Voltage: 0.6/1 kV
Bending radius (min.): 18 x Ø of cable
Core identification: 1, 2 resp.3 raised longitudinal ribs on the surface of the cores. The surface of the neutral conductor is smooth.
Temperature range:
- Laying temperature: min. -20°C
- Operating temperature: -30°C up to 80°C
- Conductor temperature: max. 80°C
- Short circuit temperature: max. 130°C
