Signalling cable, screened, armoured, protected against interference
Safety and control cable for fixed installation in infrastructure signalling installations (e.g. railway installations, motorways). Suitable for fixed installation in the open air or in cable ducts.
Design
This product consists of:
- 1Copper conductor, round solid (RE)
- 2Core insulation (PE), cores stranded in layers
- 3Inner covering (plastic tape)
- 4Screen (PE laminated aluminium tape)
- 5Sheath (PE, black)
- 6Screen (bare aluminium tape)
- 7Armouring (two layers galvanized steel tapes)
- 8Sheath (PE black, UV-resistant)

Test Voltage:
- core/core 2 kV / 50 Hz
- core/screen 3 kV / 50 Hz
Bending radius (min.): 12 x Ø of cable
Core identification: Transparent, with tracer (red) and direction (blue) core in each layer
Temperature range:
- Laying temperature: min. -10°C
- Operating temperature: -40°C up to 70°C
