XLPE insulated wire, halogen-free
PVC and Rubber Cables and Wires
These halogen-free and flame retardant single cores are intended for fixed and protected installations, for internal wiring of equipment and lightings, for signaling and control circuits, especially for the protection of human life and valuable equipment.
Design
This product consists of:
- 1Bare copper conductors, fine wires class 5 according to DIN EN 60228 / VDE 0295 / IEC 60228
- 2Core insulation of special halogen-free, flame retardant compound based on cross-linked polymer (XLPE)

Test Voltage: 2500 V / 50 Hz
Rated Voltage: 450/750 V (Uo/U)
Bending radius (min.):
- Fixed installation: 3 x Ø up to 12 mm
- 4 x Ø over 12 mm
- Flexible use: 5 x Ø up to 12 mm
- 6 x Ø over 12 mm
Fire properties: EN 60332-1-2: self-extinguishing and flame retardant
Core identification: According to EN 50525-1 - black, white, blue, brown, red, orange, violet, pink, green/yellow, yellow, green, grey
Temperature range:
- Fixed installation: -40°C up to 90°C
- Flexible use: -20°C up to 90°C
